These terms and conditions apply to visitors and users of the site, regulate their use, as well as any commercial transaction carried out through the online store.

Navigation and any transaction made on this site assumes knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy.

This site presents content protected by law, so your intellectual and industrial property must be respected.

Studio Alegriia reserves the right to change any information on this site without prior notice, be it: product information, terms and conditions, privacy policy or others. Any changes are posted on the website.

The Studio Alegriia website is aimed at all people who wish to buy products available on the website www.studioalegriia.pt.

Products can be purchased anywhere, anytime of the day and any day of the week. This website is always available to the customer, safeguarding technical maintenance periods that may happen without prior notice.

All products on this site have written and visual information with their characteristics, information and prices. At any time, Studio Alegriia reserves the right to modify the information content of the products (description, image, prices, among other contents), as well as to carry out promotional campaigns and commercial conditions for them.

The Studio Alegriia website works by a checkout system.

PURCHASES

To buy products, the customer must have an email.

The customer’s email must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups. Only then will be allowed to enjoyment and access to all the conditions to navigate the Studio Alegriia site.

To make a purchase, the customer must:

  • Find the product you want to buy;
  • Put it in the shopping cart;
  • Register the personal data that is requested (note that this data will be recorded in the Studio Alegriia database under the terms provided for in our Privacy Policy);
  • Review the cart and confirm your purchases.

If the customer pays by PayPal, Visa or MbWay, after completing the transaction, he / she receives an email with confirmation of the purchase. If the customer pays by ATM reference, he / she will receive payment details by e-mail. After validating the payment, the customer will receive a new email with confirmation of the purchase.

When the customer buys a product, it will be delivered by a logistics company to the address indicated in the purchase act, together with the respective invoice and receipt.

Upon completing a purchase, it is assumed that the customer is aware of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy of this website.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Product prices are in euros (€).

The prices of the products available on this website include value added tax (VAT) according to legislation in Portugal. The total VAT paid by the customer will be indicated on the invoice and receipt of the purchase.

The amount shown at the time of purchase or checkout on this website includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.

The customer should only pay the amount shown in the purchase confirmation.

Studio Alegriia sells to mainland Portugal, Azores Island, Madeira Island, European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs abroad are available at check-out. All these costs are the responsibility of the customer and borne by the customer.

Studio Alegriia reserves the right to change prices, as well as shipping costs, without any prior notice.

We safeguard that the prices defined at the time of purchase are the prices applied to the purchase. Whenever there is a price error in the products purchased, Studio Alegriia or the customer can cancel the order, as long as this purchase has not yet been sent.

SHIPPING COSTS

At check-out, shipping is available to your location and / or country.

TAXES AND FEES

European Union

All taxes and fees are included.

Outside the European Union

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, duties and / or customs. Studio Alegriia has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We strongly advise you to use an address where there is someone, during the day, to ensure that the order is received and picked up on the first delivery attempt.

PAYMENT METHODS

On this site you can pay for your purchases or reservations through:

  • MBWay,
  • ATM Reference,
  • PayPal,
  • Visa. 

No payment method other than those mentioned above is accepted.

The customer should not try to pay by any means other than those mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, if he does, Studio Alegriia is not responsible for any loss or other damages that may result from it.

All payments are subject to confirmation and acceptance before the order is processed and shipped. At no time will the customer’s bank details enter the Studio Alegriia computer system.

VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONS

All offers or promotional campaigns that Studio Alegriia can carry out, respecting the assumptions defined in Portuguese law for the respective effect.

The offers, as well as products in promotional campaign have limited and exclusive stock.

The offers on this site are only valid at the time they are displayed, unless Studio Alegriia informs the client otherwise.

We respect the offers made by the brands present on this website, but there is no link that requires Studio Alegriia to practice the same type of promotions as the brand represented on this website.

In the event of errors or spelling mistakes, prices or other information, Studio Alegriia reserves the right to cancel any purchase made in terms of such errors.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Exception: holidays and days / times used by logistics companies in which they are not operating at 100%.

 

REQUESTS

All of our orders are shipped from our head office, Anadia (Portugal).

At check-out, shipping is available to your location and / or country.

All shipments are made with registration.

The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the local / country of delivery:

  • Continental Portugal – Delivery between 24h and 72h (carrier AveiroFast);
  • Açores Island and Madeira Island – Delivery between 3 to 7 days (carrier CTT Portugal); and
  • European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom – Delivery between 3 to 7 days (carrier CTT Portugal and AveiroFast).

Studio Alegriia is not responsible for delays and unforeseen events that may happen during delivery.

EXCHANGES

As a matter of more practical logistics for us and especially for the Customer, we do not accept exchanges. We only accept returns.

RETURNS

We accept the return of items purchased in our online store. The return period is 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product.

All returns must be reported to suporte@studioalegriia.pt indicating:

  • Customer name;
  • customer telephone contact;
  • Product’s name; and
  • Order number or invoice

After receiving an e-mail and confirming the return, the product must be sent by the customer to the following address:

When the product for return is in possession of Studio Alegriia, it will be analyzed by our team in order to confirm its condition.

For products to be returned, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products returned must be intact and without any marks of use.
  • The products must keep the packaging with the original characteristics and / or labels intact and must be complete, that is, all the materials that accompany the products must be returned together with the same.

If the returned products present the condition and characteristics mentioned above, we will refund the value of the products, as well as the shipping costs paid by the customer for their return.

We alert our customers that if the return does not comply with the reasons for the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products, and / or damage or wear is detected in the returned products, Studio Alegriia reserves the right not to accept the products for return and / or to refuse reimbursement of all costs associated with it.

CANCELLATION

In case you have completed a purchase and want to cancel it, just do not make the payment and it will be automatically canceled and without effect.

If you have already paid, and want to cancel the purchase, you must contact Studio Alegriia within 24 hours after payment, by email to: suporte@studioalegriia.pt.

When an order is already shipped, you must proceed in accordance with the return conditions.

REFUND

We do not accept exchanges, so we have no refunds on vouchers, credit notes or direct exchange.

In the case of a return, if the conditions are met, within 10 (ten) working days, a refund of the amount paid by the customer will be made, without any additional costs for the customer.

In the case of cancellation, if the order has not yet been sent, within 10 (ten) working days, a refund is made.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used to make the purchase.

The conditions of return and cancellation presented above are valid for Portugal, Azores Island, Madeira Island, European Union, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

The customer has the right to terminate your contract / purchase without any costs or losses, provided it is done within 14 (fourteen) days from the day following the conclusion of the purchase / contract.

The customer can cancel his order until the moment of delivery, by returning the purchased products, according to the Exchange, Return and Cancellation policy provided, also, in these Terms and Conditions.

In the case resolution / purchase contract by the customer, this will be refunded without any additional costs, within 14 (ten) business days after notice of termination of the contract / purchase by the customer.

Studio Alegriia is responsible for supporting the costs of returning the order in the exercise of the right of free withdrawal.

In the event of failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein, Studio Alegriia reserves the right not to assume reimbursement or any other types of costs.

QUALITY

Studio Alegriia not resell second-hand products, defective or of inferior quality.

On the website the customer can find all the characteristics, description, utility and illustrative images of the products or services available for sale.

Studio Alegria will always take reality into account. We are careful to present images of the products that are as real as possible. Even so, we warn of possible and slight differences that may be due to hue, brightness, incident light, characteristics of each monitor, image processing system of the cameras / mobile phones or other factors.

CHEERS, SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS

We work with the objective of continuous improvement, both in the products and services provided. We seek to meet and resolve conflicts and complaints by the customer within five (5) business days.

Any conflict or complaint can be sent by email to: suporte@studioalegriia.pt , and we will try to answer and solve problem within 5 (five) working days.
Studio Alegriia has an electronic complaints book where the customer can make a written statement of his displeasure with our entity and the regulator of the activity, ASAE. The customer can access it by clicking on the Complaints Book logo at the bottom of the website.

Please be advised that through the complaint book link can also access the book of praise and suggestions. We thank all customers for their opinions and suggestions.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE AFTER SALE

Studio Alegriia’s products benefit from a conformity guarantee provided for in the law that regulates the sale of consumer goods.

EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All goods sold on this website are in accordance with Portuguese law.

We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of this website or its functionalities. We safeguard the need for suspension for maintenance, repairs or upgrades.

Whenever possible, we will try to inform customers of any interruption in a timely manner, however Studio Alegriia is not required by law to make such a communication.

Studio Alegeriia is not responsible or assume responsibility for any damages arising directly or indirectly from unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, which impede this site to meet its obligations, including: strikes, failures in the power grid, failure of telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or carriers, changes in legislation or administrative regulations that make our activity impossible.

We are not responsible for any abuse in the use of customer access data to the website by third parties, as these are personal, non-transferable and the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user.

Studio Alegriia reserves the right to be able to notify / contact the customer by email, regular mail or telephone if there is a reason of force majeure that justifies it and that is related to the customer’s activity on the website.
