Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations


As a matter of more practical logistics for us and especially for the Customer, we do not accept exchanges. We only accept returns.


We accept the return of items purchased in our online store. The return period is 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product.

All returns must be reported to indicating:

  • Customer name;
  • customer telephone contact;
  • Product’s name; and
  • Order number or invoice

After receiving an e-mail and confirming the return, the product must be sent by the customer to the following address:

When the product for return is in possession of Studio Alegriia, it will be analyzed by our team in order to confirm its condition.

For products to be returned, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products returned must be intact and without any marks of use.
  • The products must keep the packaging with the original characteristics and / or labels intact and must be complete, that is, all the materials that accompany the products must be returned together with the same.

If the returned products present the condition and characteristics mentioned above, we will refund the value of the products, as well as the shipping costs paid by the customer for their return.

We alert our customers that if the return does not comply with the reasons for the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products, and / or damage or wear is detected in the returned products, Studio Alegriia reserves the right not to accept the products for return and / or to refuse reimbursement of all costs associated with it.


In case you have completed a purchase and want to cancel it, just do not make the payment and it will be automatically canceled and without effect.

If you have already paid, and want to cancel the purchase, you must contact Studio Alegriia within 24 hours after payment, by email to:

When an order is already shipped, you must proceed in accordance with the return conditions.


We do not accept exchanges, so we have no refunds on vouchers, credit notes or direct exchange.

In the case of a return, if the conditions are met, within 10 (ten) working days, a refund of the amount paid by the customer will be made, without any additional costs for the customer.

In the case of cancellation, if the order has not yet been sent, within 10 (ten) working days, a refund is made.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used to make the purchase.

The conditions of return and cancellation presented above are valid for Portugal, Azores Island, Madeira Island, European Union, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
